Having already experienced the loss of a loved-one to gun violence, Raynelle Walker started Beat The Streetz in response to the rising rate of gun violence committed by youth and young adults within the Black community.

Beat The Streetz is an up and coming nonprofit organization founded by Raynelle Walker, with support from friends and family, that is designed to get back the understanding between youth, young adults, and gun violence. We go about this by educating, and raising awareness for people living in communities plagued by firearms violence.
